Tiffany L. Gunn, BSN, RN - Chief of Operations

As Practice Manager and Registered Nurse, Tiffany plays an active and busy role in the day-to-day operations at Clinique Plastique. Tiffany began her journey with Dr. Frank Stile with the grand opening of Dr. Stile’s Cosmetic Surgery Center and Spa on August 2nd 2004.

Tiffany, originally from Jackson, Mississippi, received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from the University of Mississippi Medical Center in 1998. She is knowledgeable and extremely experienced.  In addition to being a wound care specialist, she has a strong background in Emergency Room, Adult Acute Care, Med/Surg, Gastroenterology, Geriatrics, Cardiac Care, and Plastic Surgery Nursing. Tiffany is ACLS, PALS, CPR, Trauma, and Laser Certified.

Making the transition from the Deep South to Las Vegas has been both challenging and rewarding for Tiffany. “Managing an office for a physician who consistently receives excellent surgical results and demonstrates the utmost respect, care, and concern for his clients makes my job easy!” states Ms. Gunn.

Managing one of the busiest Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery Centers in Las Vegas is not the only thing that keeps Tiffany busy. She is also an active National Figure Competitor with three first-place NPC wins. Tiffany has also been featured in Playboy publications.

Most clients recognize Tiffany when coming into the office as she is pictured in all of Dr. Stile’s advertisements (always on Dr. Stile’s right side). Clients remember Tiffany after their visit with Dr. Stile because of her enthusiasm to help, genuine warmth, southern charm, and her overall compassion for Dr. Stile's patients.

Jessica was born and raised in Southern California and attended The Bryman School in Phoenix, Arizona where she received her Associates Degree of Occupational Studies for Allied Health Management in Medical Assisting.

She has been a Las Vegas resident since 2001 and has been working in the medical field for 6 years, the last 5 of which have soley been in Plastic Surgery where she enjoys seeing the transformation that plastic surgery produces in her patients' lives.

Shareen Carlos - Patient Relations Specialist

Shareen moved to Las Vegas from Bend, Oregon in 2004 after attending Cosmetology College and acquiring her Aesthetician's License.

She has been a licensed Aesthetician in Nevada as well, for over 4 years, and has been working in the plastic surgery industry for 3 years.

Shareen is one of the first people that will greet you, making sure all your questions and concerns are addressed, and that your experience will be a pleasant one.

Sam - "The Man" - Chief of Operations Premium Surgical Services Center

Sam is the Chief of Operations for the surgery center and ensures the smooth and efficient management of this accredited facility. Sam's priority is to provide patients with top quality care in a safe facility that exceeds regulatory standards. With over 18 years of experience in various aspects of healthcare, Sam is also an integral part of the surgical team as a surgical assistant. He was trained with the best at Cedar Sinai and Stanford Hospital. While in his care, patients can be assured that Sam aims for results that exceed the client's expectations.

Shannon has been a Las Vegas resident for 23 years and has been in the medical field for 10 of those years as a medical assistant for various practices. Shannon joined Dr. Stile's practice shortly after opening his new facility and looks forward to many years of faithful service. She is currently attending CCSN en route to becoming a Registered Nurse.

Nancy Griffith, RN

Nancy was born and raised in Columbia, Kentucky. After serving 8 years in the U.S. Army, Nancy received her nurses degree in Farmingon, New Mexico.

Nancy has worked in many different areas of nursing, including Medical/Surgical, Geriatrics, Pediatrics and now Plastics.

Francesca LoBaido, RN - Aesthetician 

Francesca has been a practicing Registered Nurse in Las Vegas, Nevada since 2003 working in the Intensive Care Units of the local hospitals.

Francesca is certified in Advance Facial Aesthetics and continues to take courses to stay on the cutting edge of any new technology.
