Not only does Dr. Frank L. Stile use PRP to rejuvenate the face, but he also uses it to restore lost hair volume and hair loss as well. At Stile Aesthetics in Las Vegas, NV, PRP (platelet-rich plasma) therapy is frequently performed on men and women who have significant hair loss or thinning.
This is a great nonsurgical treatment that uses your own blood growth factors to restore your hair. Dr. Frank L. Stile is a board-certified Plastic Surgeon with more than 16 years of experience in the cosmetic field. He will personally meet with you to examine your condition and create a treatment plan that is ideal for your unique hair structure.
At Stile Aesthetics, we offer complimentary consultations so all our patients can understand the benefits of PRP before undergoing the procedure.
Prior to your treatment, a small amount of your blood will be drawn and placed in a centrifuge. The centrifuge will then separate the different components of the blood. The separated plasma, which now contains a higher concentration of platelets, will be used and applied to the designated area via injection. A thin needle will be used to accomplish the distribution of the plasma. Since the PRP contains natural growth factors, hair regeneration is promoted.

The results will lead to fuller, darker hair on areas of the scalp that are balding. Multiple treatments may also be recommended to achieve optimal results. It’s important to note that PRP is not a “cure” for hair loss and new hair growth can not always be ensured.
Since every patient case is different, recovery time will vary. However, your surgeon will discuss all post-care in great detail during your initial consultation. During this time, it is important to discuss any questions or concerns you may have.
