Learn More About Body Procedures
What is a Body Procedure?
Every body is different—and so is every surgical plan. Whether you’re addressing loose skin, stubborn fat, or post-weight loss changes, body procedures require thoughtful planning and may be performed in stages depending on your goals and health. With over 20 years of experience, Dr. Frank Stile expertly performs customized combinations of procedures—often safely completed in a single surgery day. For more complex cases or extended surgical time, a multi-phase approach may be recommended to ensure your safety and optimal results.
Common body procedures may include: Tummy Tuck, Liposuction, Thigh Lift, Butt Lift, Arm Lift, Breast Augmentation, Breast Lift (with or without implants), Breast Reduction, Labiaplasty, Skin Rejuvenation
Each procedure is tailored to your unique anatomy and aesthetic goals—designed to help you look and feel your best from every angle.
Am I a Good Candidate for a Body Procedure?
During a private, in-depth consultation, Dr. Frank Stile will take the time to understand your unique concerns, goals, and the physical changes you’d like to address. If you’re a good candidate for one or more body procedures, a customized surgical plan will be created just for you—designed to deliver safe, natural-looking results that complement your shape.
Many individuals who consider body procedures are dealing with: Loose or sagging skin on the abdomen, arms, thighs, or buttocks; Stubborn fat deposits that don’t respond to diet and exercise; Changes in body shape following significant weight loss or aging; Volume loss or asymmetry in the breasts or buttocks; Stretch marks or skin laxity that affect confidence and comfort
Ideal candidates are typically in good overall health, at or near their goal weight, and seeking long-term improvement in body contour. Dr. Stile’s approach is highly personalized—ensuring that every treatment plan is tailored to your anatomy, goals, and lifestyle.
What Results Will I See From Body Surgery?
Patients who undergo body procedures at Stile Aesthetics often enjoy lifted, more youthful contours, flatter abdomens, smoother skin, and improved body symmetry. Whether you’re looking to restore your figure after weight loss, aging, or other life changes, these procedures can help you achieve a more sculpted, confident appearance.
In addition to surgical results, excess skin removal often leads to a noticeable reduction in the appearance of stretch marks. For remaining skin concerns, our in-house skincare clinic, SkinPros, offers advanced nonsurgical treatments—including laser therapy, microneedling, and chemical peels—to further enhance your outcome.
Dr. Stile takes great care in placing incisions discreetly, and comprehensive post-operative scar management is part of your recovery plan. For many patients, body contouring procedures are not just cosmetic—they’re life-changing, restoring confidence and comfort in their own skin.
What is the Recovery Process Like After a Body Procedure?
All body procedures performed at Stile Aesthetics are outpatient surgeries conducted under general anesthesia. After surgery, patients recover in our on-site recovery unit and are discharged home once they are stable and alert. For procedures lasting longer than three hours, extended observation is provided—typically two to six hours—to ensure patient safety and comfort.
We prioritize a smooth recovery experience with comprehensive aftercare, advanced pain management protocols, and clear guidance every step of the way.
Most patients are up and walking the same day and can resume light activities within the first week. In many cases, patients return to work—if it doesn’t involve lifting or strenuous activity—after about two weeks.
While full recovery can take several months, most individuals are able to return to normal routines, including exercise, within four to six weeks. Dr. Stile will provide personalized post-op instructions and will advise when it’s safe to resume more vigorous activities.
