Description

Before and After Breast Augmentation. A 32-year-old Yoga instructor presented for evaluation for breast augmentation. She was unhappy with her small underdeveloped breasts and desired to increase her breast volume so that they were in better proportions to her body. The patient had 320 CCs of moderate plus profile silicone implants placed through a periareolar incision. The implant is placed using a dual-plane technique. The upper pole of the implant is under the muscle, the lower third of the implant is under the gland. The implants used are smooth round moderate plus profile silicone cohesive gel implants (gummy bear).
