39 year old patient presented for evaluation to improve the appearance of her abdomen after pregnancies. She was unhappy with saggy excess skin and stretch marks on her stomach. The after pictures below are three months from abdominoplasty with muscle tightening (anterior rectus fascia plication). She had a quick recovery, and has returned to all her lifestyle activities. Standard Abdominoplasty with anterior rectus fascia plication for diastesis (muscle separation of the midline) repair.These procedures were performed using general anesthesia in our fully licensed and accredited surgery center.
