34 year old patient presented for evaluation for breast rejuvenation. She was unhappy with the previous breast enlargement done in another practice. She wanted a revision, including downsize of implants with lift. She wore approximately a D cup bra in most bra styles. She desired to be more of a full C cup bra. The after pictures below are three months from breast augmentation with lift. Final breast shape is expected with further settling of the implant, and relaxation of the retailored skin over the next several months. She had a quick recovery, and has returned to all her normal activities after one month.
