38 year old Los Angeles patient presented for evaluation for breast lift / breast rejuvenation. She was unhappy with the sagging appearance of her breasts following pregnancy. She wanted to restore her breasts to a more youthful "perky" shape. She wore approximately a D cup bra in most bras. The after pictures below are three months from breast lift surgery. She had a quick recovery, and has returned to all her pre operative activities four weeks following her surgery. A central pedicle technique with Wise pattern skin excision was used to improve nipple position and reduce breast. Ethnicity: Hispanic Height: 5’ 0” - 5’ 5” Weight: 100 - 149 lbs
