28 year old patient presented with desire to improve appearance and volume of her breasts. She had a history of augmentation at another practice that resulted in a significant infra mammary fold violation / double bubble deformity. and revision prior and still had animation and deformity of the right breast. She desired correction of this deformity and increased volume with larger silicone implants. She wore approximately a C cup bra in most bra styles. She desired a D cup bra. The after pictures below are three months following reconstruction of her infra mammary folds and breast augmentation Bilateral saline implants removed. bilateral folds were reconstructed using permanent sutures placed internally. Moderate Plus Profile smooth round, 420cc cohesive silicone gel implants (gummy bear) were used. Ethnicity: White Height: 5’ 6” - 6’ 0” Weight: 100 - 149 lbs
