31 year old massive weight loss patient wants to discuss options to improve breast symmetry. she had a tuberous breast deformity on the right breast and hypoplasia of the left breast. Patient was unhappy with how her breasts looked and also desired breast enlargement. The after photos are 3 months post operative. She had a quick recovery, and has returned to all her normal activities. Bilateral breast augmentation with saline implants with right breast maxtopexy /lift. A dual plane technique was used.
