34 year old patient presented with complaint of breast deformity, specifically her left breast "dropped lower than her right breast. She had previous augmentation at another practice.The after pictures below are the months following left infra mammary fold reconstruction and breast augmentation. She had a smooth recovery, and has returned to all her normal activities. Bilateral saline implants removed. LEFT infra mammary fold was reconstructed using permanent sutures placed internally. Moderate Plus Profile smooth round, 500 cc cohesive silicone gel implants (gummy bear) were used. Ethnicity: White Height: 5’ 0” - 5’ 5” Weight: 100 - 149 lbs
