22 year old woman presents with left breast amastia congenital (absence of breast tissue). She has gross asymmetry of her breasts which causes her significant distress, She wants to have improved symmetry with bilateral breast implant placement . The post op photos were taken three months post operative. She had a quick recovery, and has returned to all her normal activities. Congenital amastia breast correction with placement of different volume implants using a dual plane technique. Moderate plus profile, smooth round cohesive gel (silicone) implants were used. Ethnicity: White Height: 5’ 6” - 6’ 0” Weight: 100 - 149 lbs
