33 year old male patient presented with the desire to have a more masculine appearance of the chest. Patient was unhappy with the appearance of small "breasts"( gynecomastia). The changes occurred after puberty and have gotten worse. This appearance was resistant to diet and exercise. The photos are 3 months post operative. Patient had no complications and has returned to full exercise quickly. Direct excision of his breast glands was accomplished thru a peri areolar incision, Standard liposuction of the chest was also performed to further improve chest contour. Ethnicity: White Height: 5’ 6” - 6’ 0” Weight: 150 - 199 lbs
