New York Woman Has Facial Fat Grafting / Fat Transfer / Facial Rejuvenation. 69-year-old woman presented to my office for consultation. She wanted to "look as young as she feels". She states that she is saddened by the changes in her appearance that have occurred rapidly over the last ten years. She doesn't like her wrinkled sagging facial and neck skin, "deflated" cheeks and thin lips. She returned to most activities at two weeks post op. Photos are six months post op. She has retained most of her volume and is "incredibly happy" with her results. PROCEDURE This patient had facial fat grafting / fat transfer of 60 cc's of harvested (from her inner thighs) purified fat injected into her face and lips which restored the lost volume she had in those areas. She also had facelift/ rhytidectomy and neck lift / cervicoplasty procedures with her fat transfer.
