25 year old patient presents with the desire to reduce the hump on top of her nose and the droopiness of the nasal tip. She wanted less of an ethnic looking nose and wanted to feel more comfortable taking profile pictures. The after pictures were taken 6 months post operative. She had a great recovery and returned by to full activities quickly. Rhinoplasty / cosmetic nose surgery performed using an open technique under general anesthesia. Ethnicity: Mixed-Race Height: 5’ 0” - 5’ 5” Weight: 100 - 149 lbs
