This attractive young woman presented to my office with desire to reduce the "hump" on her nose and a result that was less ethnic looking. She wanted a slightly thinner nose and a lifted tip. Patient had an open rhinoplasty with significant reduction of Dorsal Hump and subtle tip plasty. Patient returned to full activities 7 days following procedure and was extremely happy with the results. Ethnicity: White Height: 5’ 6” - 6’ 0” Weight: 100 - 149 lbs
