This patient presented with complaint of large hump on her nose and difficulty breathing. She requested a more feminine nose in addition to help with her breathing. She underwent a septo-rhinoplasty and is now very happy with the appearance of her nose and her less restricted breathing. Ethnicity: White Height: 5’ 0” - 5’ 5” Weight: 100 - 149 lbs
