Patient presents with the desire of reducing the hump on the top of her nose. She felt it was more noticeable while taking side profile pictures. The after pictures were taken 1 year post operative. She had a fast recovery and has returned back to full activities. Open Rhinoplasty performed under general anesthesia. Ethnicity: White Height: 5’ 0” - 5’ 5” Weight: 100 - 149 lbs
