This patient was generally happy with the appearance of her nose but wanted the bump reduced significantly. Patient had an open rhinoplasty with reduction of Dorsal Hump and subtle tip plasty. Patient returned to full activities 7 days following procedure and was extremely happy with the results. Rhinoplasty / cosmetic nose surgery performed using an open technique under general anesthesia. Ethnicity: White Height: 5’ 6” - 6’ 0” Weight: 100 - 149 lbs
