Patient presents with the desire to improve her facial appearance. She wishes to have a smaller nasal dorsal and decrease the size of her nasal tip. The after photos were taken 1 year post operative. She had healed well and has returned back to full lifestyle activities. Open Rhinoplasty performed under general anesthesia. Ethnicity: White Height: 5’ 6” - 6’ 0” Weight: 100 - 149 lbs
