45 year old woman presented to my office for consultation. She is a winning figure competitor who has very low body fat. Her strict dieting has resulted in her face looking "thinned out". She feels this makes her look unhealthy. She wants enhance her cheeks, lips and soften her deep naso labial folds. She returned to most activities at two weeks post op. Photos are six months post op. She has retained most of her volume and is " happy" with her rejuvenated refreshed appearance. This patient had facial fat grafting / fat transfer of 55 cc's of harvested ( from her inner thighs) purified fat injected into her face and lips which restored the lost volume she had in those areas.
