17 year old female patient presents with the desire to reduce the hump on top of her nose and the droopiness of the nasal tip. She wanted a thinner and less ethnic looking nose. She wanted to feel more comfortable taking profile pictures. She did not like that her nasal tip dipped when she smiled. The after pictures were taken 6 months post operative. She had a great recovery and returned by to full activities quickly. Rhinoplasty / cosmetic nose surgery performed using an open technique under general anesthesia. Ethnicity: White Height: 5’ 0” - 5’ 5” Weight: 100 - 149 lbs
