35 year old patient presented for evaluation for breast lift / rejuvenation. She was unhappy with the sagging appearance of her breasts following pregnancy. She wanted to restore her breasts to a more youthful shape. She wore a large D cup bra in most bra styles. The after pictures below are three months from breast lift. She had a quick recovery, and has returned to all her pre operative activities four weeks following her surgery. A central pedicle technique with Wise pattern skin excision was used to improve nipple position and reduce breast./p> Ethnicity: White Height: Under 5’ 0” Weight: 100 - 149 lbs
