Before and After Breast Augmentation with Lift. A 34-year-old patient presented for evaluation for breast rejuvenation. She was unhappy with the "deflation" of her breasts after pregnancies and desired to improve her breast volume in better proportions to her body. She wore approximately a C-cup bra in most bra styles. She desired to be more of a full D-cup bra. The after pictures below are two months from breast augmentation with lift/mastopexy. She had a quick recovery and has returned to all her lifestyle activities. Dual plane technique (partial sub-muscular) with Mentor smooth round, Moderate Profile 315cc saline implants. A breast lift with full "anchor"/ invited "t" incision is used for retailoring the skin envelope over the new breast shape.
