Before and After Breast Augmentation with Lift. A 41-year-old patient presented for evaluation for breast rejuvenation. She was unhappy with the sagging of her breasts after significant weight loss and one pregnancy. She wanted to improve her breast volume and shape. She wore a C-cup bra. She wanted a full D-cup bra. The pictures below are from three months following breast augmentation with a lift. She had a quick recovery and has returned to all her pre-op activities at 4 weeks following surgery. Breast enlargement was done using a dual plane technique (partial sub-muscular) with Mentor smooth round, Moderate Plus Profile 485 cc saline implants. A breast lift was accomplished using an "anchor" incision.
