Before and After Breast Augmentation with Lift. A 36-year-old patient presented for evaluation for breast rejuvenation. She was unhappy with the sagging of her breasts after significant weight loss and pregnancies. She wanted to improve her breast volume to be in better proportions to her body. She wore approximately a B-cup bra. She wanted a full D-cup bra. The after pictures below are three months from breast augmentation with lift. She had a quick recovery and has returned to all her pre-op activities at 4 weeks following surgery. Breast enlargement was done using a dual plane technique (partial sub-muscular) with Allergan smooth round, High Profile 440cc silicone gel implants. A breast lift was accomplished using an "anchor" incision/wise pattern lift.
