Before and After Breast Augmentation with Lift. 550 cc saline implants were removed, and partial capsulectomies with capsuloraphies were performed. Implants replaced with Allergan smooth round, Moderat Plus Profile 385cc silicone gel implants. A wise pattern breast lift/anchor lift was then performed to lift, rejuvenate & improve the appearance of her breasts while re-positioning the areolas as well as reducing the areola's size. These procedures were performed using general anesthesia in our fully licensed and accredited surgery center. 26-year-old Austin Texas patient presented to my office because she was unhappy with the "sagging and sloppy" appearance of her breasts. She stated that her implants were heavy and hurt her neck and back. She wished to replace her large saline implants with smaller gummy-bear implants and improve the shape and appearance of her breasts with a lift. The patient has a previous breast augmentation/enlargement by a doctor/practice in another state. She also felt that her areolas were large and too low. She wore approximately a full D-cup bra in most bra styles. She desired to be more of a full C-cup bra. The after pictures below are from three months following breast revision surgery. She had a quick recovery and returned to all her lifestyle activities one month following her procedure.
