39-year-old nanny presented for evaluation for breast augmentation. She was unhappy with her small breasts and desired an increase in her breast volume size. She had no children. She wore an A-cup bra in most bras. She desired to be more of a full C-cup bra. The pictures below are two months after breast augmentation. She had a quick recovery and has returned to all her lifestyle activities. Dual plane technique (partial sub-muscular) with smooth round, Moderate Profile Plus 330cc silicone gel implants.
