Before and After Breast Reconstruction. The 31-year-old massive weight loss patient wants to discuss options to improve breast symmetry. She had a tuberous breast deformity on the right breast and hypoplasia of the left breast. The patient was unhappy with how her breasts looked and also desired breast enlargement. The after photos are 3 months post-operative. She had a quick recovery, and has returned to all her normal activities. Bilateral breast augmentation with saline implants with right breast mastopexy/lift. A dual-plane technique was used.
