Before and After Breast Reduction. A 40-year-old patient presented for evaluation for breast lift/rejuvenation. She was unhappy with the sagging appearance of her breasts following pregnancy. She wanted to restore her breasts to a more youthful shape. She wore a large C-cup bra in most bra styles. The pictures below are from three months after the breast lift. She had a quick recovery and has returned to all her pre-operative activities four weeks following her surgery. A central pedicle technique with Wise pattern skin excision was used to improve nipple position and reduce breast.
