Before and After Breast Revision Surgery.
A 40-year-old patient presented wanting to improve the appearance of her breasts. She had augmentation performed at another practice but was left unhappy with the shape and size of her breasts. She wore a C-cup bra in most bra styles but desired to wear a "small D-cup". She also wanted her breasts to look fuller and "perkier". The after pictures below are from three months following the breast implant exchange. She had a quick recovery and has returned to all of her normal activities. Old implants were removed through her previous periareolar incisions. A bilateral Capsulectomy was performed, and smooth round High Profile 550cc silicone cohesive gel implants were placed in the sub-muscular plane. A dual-plane technique was employed.
