Description

Before and After Breast Revision Surgery. A 33-year-old patient presented to my office and was unhappy with the appearance of her breasts after having an augmentation at another practice. She desired removal/explantation of her asymmetric saline implants and re-augmentation with larger silicone implants to improve her overall appearance. She wore approximately a C-cup bra in most bras. She wished to wear a full D-cup bra. The after pictures below are three months from breast augmentation/removal and replacement of implants. She had a quick recovery and has returned to all her previous activities. Bilateral saline implants were removed via periareolar incisions, and replaced with smooth round High Profile 450 cc silicone, cohesive gel implants. Capsuloraphy was performed to improve pocket symmetry.
