Description

Before and After Breast Augmentation. A 42-year-old tri-athlete presents with complaint of small breasts. She states that she has lost significant breast volume because of her lean body mass. She was most unhappy with the way she looked in swimsuits. The patient had a 300 CCs moderate plus profile silicone "gummy bear" implant placed through a periareolar incision. After photos were taken 3 months post-operative. The implant is placed using a dual-plane technique. The implants used are a smooth round moderate plus profile cohesive gel (silicone).
