Description

Before and After Breast Augmentation. A 32-year-old Asian female patient presented for evaluation for breast augmentation. She was unhappy with the underdevelopment of her breasts and desired to improve her breast volume in better proportions to her body. The patient had 320 CCs high profile saline implants placed through a periareolar incision. An implant is placed using a dual-plane technique. The upper pole of the implant is under the muscle, and the lower third of the implant is under the gland. The implants used are a smooth round profile saline (filled to 320 CCs on each side).
