29 year old amateur body-builder with history of anabolic steroid use presented for evaluation of male breast gland enlargement . He was unhappy with the over development and discomfort of his breast glands that make his chest have a feminine contour. The after pictures below are three months from gynecomastia reduction. He had a quick recovery, and has returned to all his normal activities. Breast gland direct excision thru a peri areolar incision and standard liposuction was performed to improve to contours of the chest. Ethnicity: White Height: 5’ 6” - 6’ 0” Weight: 200 - 249 lbs
