Before and After Chin Augmentation. Las Vegas Woman Has Chin Augmentation/Genioplasty, 47-year-old patient presented with the desire to improve facial proportions. She did not like the way she felt when she looked in the mirror. She particularly didn't like taking profile pictures. She stated she had a "weak chin" that made her self-conscious. The after pictures were taken 3 months after surgery. Patient has returned back to all normal activities. She is extremely happy. Chin augmentation with silicone implant through a submental (below the chin) incision.
