Before and After Chin Augmentation. Las Vegas Male Has Chin Augmentation/Genioplasty, 52-year-old patient presented wanting to improve his facial proportions. He stronger more masculine chin. The after pictures were taken 3 months after surgery. Patient has returned back to all normal activities. He is extremely happy Chin augmentation with silicone implant through a submental (below the chin) incision.
