Is your nose the first thing you see when you look in the mirror? A large, misshapen, or overly arched nose can disrupt your facial harmony and distract from your overall appearance. Nose surgery can improve the look and function of your nose.
What is Rhinoplasty (Nose Surgery)?
Rhinoplasty, commonly known as a “nose job,” is a surgical procedure that involves altering the structure and appearance of the nose. The procedure can be performed for both cosmetic and functional purposes. Cosmetically, rhinoplasty can help improve the overall appearance of the nose, including changing its size, shape, and proportion to the face. Functionally, rhinoplasty can correct structural issues that impede proper breathing, such as a deviated septum.
During the procedure, Dr. Stile will make incisions to access the underlying bone and cartilage of the nose, then reshape and sculpt it to achieve the desired outcome. He performs nose surgeries in two to four hours under general anesthesia on an outpatient basis.
