35 year old patient presented for evaluation. She wanted to improve the appearance of her abdomen. She was unhappy with sagging loose skin and stretch marks on her abdomen following pregnancies and weight loss. She reports that repeated attempts at diet and exercise has not helped. The pictures below are taken three months following abdominoplasty / tummy-tuck with muscle tightening (anterior rectus fascia plication). She had a quick recovery, and has returned to all her normal activities including exercise 4 weeks following her surgery. Standard Abdominoplasty performed with anterior rectus fascia plication for diastesis (muscle separation of the midline) repair. This patients tummy tuck was part of a "mommy make-over". She also had a breast reduction and lipo sculpture of her flanks as well as inner and outer thighs. Ethnicity: White Height: 5’ 0” - 5’ 5” Weight: 150 - 199 lbs
