Description

Before and After Breast Augmentation. 32-year-old Yoga instructor presented for evaluation for breast augmentation. She was unhappy with her small underdeveloped breasts and desired to increase her breast volume so that they are in better proportions to her body. Patient had a 320 CCs moderate plus profile silicone implants placed through a periareolar incision. Implant is placed using a dual-plane technique. Upper pole of implant is under the muscle, lower third of the implant is under the gland. Implants used are a smooth round moderate plus profile silicone cohesive gel implants (gummy bear).
