Description

Before and After Breast Reconstruction. A 34-year-old patient presented with a complaint of breast deformity, specifically her left breast "dropped lower than her right breast. She had previous augmentation at another practice. The after pictures below are the months following left inframammary fold reconstruction and breast augmentation. She had a smooth recovery and has returned to all her normal activities. Bilateral saline implants were removed. The LEFT inframammary fold was reconstructed using permanent sutures placed internally. Moderate Plus Profile smooth round, 500 cc cohesive silicone gel implants (gummy bear) were used.
