WHAT TO EXPECT DURING BLEPHAROPLASTY

An eyelid lift is a fast, easy procedure with remarkable results. Dr. Stile performs blepharoplasty under general or local anesthesia in one to two hours, depending on your procedure. For an upper eyelid lift, he will make incisions in the crease above each eye, or just under the eyelashes for a lower eyelid lift. He will then be able to tighten skin and muscles, contour the eye area, and remove or reposition excess skin and fat.

RECOVERY AFTER BLEPHAROPLASTY

Recovery from blepharoplasty is short, with minimal discomfort. You should expect bruising and swelling around the eyes for a week or two, during which time you may want to use pain medication, eye drops, and ice packs. Most patients can return to work within one week.

EYELID LIFT RESULTS
