HOW LONG DOES TEETH WHITENING LAST?

In-office teeth whitening results can last a long time, but how long your results last depends on how well you take care of your smile and avoid things that could re-stain your teeth. With consistent effort, whitening can last up to two or three years, but many people will need a touch-up treatment before that. Ways to keep your DaVinci smile bright include:

  • Avoid smoking or vaping
  • Brush after meals, but wait 30 minutes after eating something acidic
  • Use a whitening toothpaste
  • Limit staining foods and beverages like tea, coffee, and red wine

No matter how hard you try, teeth will eventually become less vividly white. This can take months or years and can be affected by genetics, past tooth injuries, and diet and hygiene.
