Have you ever wished you could put that unwanted fat somewhere else in your body that lacks volume? With a fat transfer, you can! This cosmetic procedure allows you to augment and rejuvenate your face or body with your own fat.
WHAT IS A FAT TRANSFER?
Fat transfer, also known as fat grafting, involves removing excess fat from one area of the body and transferring it to another area. This cosmetic procedure combines the slimming effects of liposuction with a volume boost in strategic areas that augments certain features and improves your contour. The procedure can be performed on various parts of the body, such as the face, breasts, or buttocks.
A fat transfer starts with liposuction to remove fat from the donor site, typically an area with excess fat. The extracted fat is then purified and processed before being injected into the recipient site. Fat transfer is a popular procedure because it uses the patient’s own tissue, which reduces the risk of allergic reactions or rejection. It can also provide natural-looking results that last longer than other fillers or implants.
Liposuction is the first part of a fat transfer, which can be performed almost anywhere the patient has unwanted fat. This is most often the abdomen or thighs, but it can also be the upper arms, flanks, or back. Once purified, this removed fat can be used in multiple areas to improve volume and contour. Dr. Stile typically uses fat grafting for facial rejuvenation and butt augmentation.
FACIAL FAT TRANSFER
A facial fat transfer is an effective way to rejuvenate your appearance. Age or weight loss can cause unwanted volume loss in the face, leading to a gaunt look. Dr. Stile can craft a softer, more youthful look by strategically injecting small amounts of fat into under-eye hollows or thin cheeks.
BRAZILIAN BUTT LIFT
Another popular fat transfer procedure is the Brazilian butt lift (BBL). During a BBL, Dr. Stile will remove unwanted fat from somewhere else on the body and skillfully inject it into the buttocks. The result is increased volume and a more lifted, rounded butt. Women often have fat removed from their waistline for a BBL since slimming the waist and augmenting the butt creates an hourglass shape.

I’m a mother of 2 and I recently had a breast augmentation done by Dr. Stiles. I had a lift with an implant. I explained to Dr. Stiles that I wanted full and perky breast, but I didn’t want them to be too large . He achieved the perfect look for me! My entire experience has been wonderful thus far. His assistant Cynthia is also amazing. She was available to address my concerns day or night. If you are looking for a cosmetic surgeon in Vegas. I highly recommend Dr. Stiles and his entire staff.
After fat grafting, both the donor and recipient sites must heal. You can expect bruising, swelling, and soreness in the areas you had liposuction done and the injection sites. Depending on whether you had a facial fat transfer or BBL, you should take one to two weeks off work. You’ll need to avoid putting pressure on the transferred fat for a few weeks.
