Before and After Breast Reduction. A 39-year-old patient presented for evaluation for breast reduction. She complained of symptoms caused by heavy breasts. She was also unhappy with the saggy appearance of her breasts and desired to restore her breasts to a more youthful shape. She had children but no plans for more. She wore approximately a GG cup bra in specialty bras and desired to fit into a full C or small D cup bra. The after pictures below are from three months following breast reduction surgery. She had a quick recovery and has returned to all her pre-op lifestyle activities. The technique used employed an anchor-type scar with a central mound pedicle.
