Description
35 year old patient presented following augmentation at another practice. She is very distressed because she feels her breasts are not symmetrical and look terrible in general. .She also doesn't like that the implants are palpable. Photos are 3 months post operative. Patient has returned back to full activities. Capsulectomies were performed, and implant pocket converted to a submuscular position. A dual plane technique was employed (partial submuscular). Bilateral saline implants were removed, and replaced with 420cc smooth round, Moderate Profile Plus, cohesive gel implants (gummy bear). Ethnicity: White Height: 5’ 6” - 6’ 0” Weight: 100 - 149 lbs
