Before and After Rhinoplasty. Las Vegas woman has Rhinoplasty/Cosmetic Nose Surgery/Nose Job. A 45-year-old female patient presents with the desire to reduce the width of her nose and decrease hump on top of her nose . She a history of multiple nasal fractures. The after pictures were taken 6 months post-operative. She had a great recovery and returned by to full activities quickly. Rhinoplasty / cosmetic nose surgery performed using an open technique under general anesthesia.
