Before and After Rhinoplasty. Los Angeles woman has cosmetic nose surgery/rhinoplasty. A 30-year-old female patient presents with the desire to have a thinner nose and reduce the hump on top of her nose and the droopiness of the nasal tip. She wanted less of an ethnic-looking nose and wanted to feel more comfortable taking profile pictures. The after pictures were taken 6 months post-operative. She had a great recovery and returned by to full activities quickly. Rhinoplasty / cosmetic nose surgery performed using an open technique under general anesthesia.
