46 year old patient presented for evaluation for breast rejuvenation. She was unhappy with the sagging of her breasts after significant weight loss and pregnancies. She wanted to improve her breast volume to be in better proportions to her body. She wore approximately a C cup bra. She wanted to a full D cup bra. The after pictures below three months from breast augmentation with lift. She had a quick recovery, and has returned to all her pre op activities at 4 weeks following surgery. Breast enlargement was done using a dual plane technique (partial sub muscular) with Mentor smooth round, Moderate Profile 350cc silicone gel implants. A breast lift was accomplished using an "anchor" incision. Ethnicity: White Height: 5’ 0” - 5’ 5” Weight: 100 - 149 lbs
